What we hold

Keel Hire holds professional information about senior executives (name, current role, employer, location, professional profile and business contact details) gathered from licensed business data providers and public professional profiles, and any information you give us, such as your CV and the details in your candidate form.

Why

To consider you for executive roles we are retained to fill, to contact you about them, and to present your professional profile to the hiring client for a specific role. We aim to discuss a role with you before presenting you, and you can ask us at any time not to present you.

Who sees it

Our consultants, and the hiring client for a specific role once you are on a long list or short list for it. Clients do not see your email address or phone number in our portal.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a link to stop all future contact. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by replying to any of our emails or by contacting your consultant.
